Approximate values. Brands and lasts differ, so always confirm with the size chart (insole length per size) of the exact model.

Why conversions are only approximate

EU sizes increase in steps of about 6.7 mm, while US and UK sizes use a different step and include half sizes. No EU size lands exactly on a US or UK size, so each brand decides how to round. The safest reference is the internal length in millimetres.

Plan the size run

  • Women's programs usually centre on EU 36–41.
  • Men's programs usually centre on EU 40–45.
  • Unisex styles often run EU 36–45 on one last shape.

Order more pairs in the middle sizes and fewer at the ends. Your own sales history is the best guide to the curve.

Extended sizes

Large and small sizes are a real point of difference in some markets. Several styles in our range run beyond the usual span — down to EU 33–34 or up to EU 46–48. Ask early, because extended sizes depend on the outsole moulds available for each model.

Running shoe fit notes

  • Runners often choose about a thumb's width of space in front of the longest toe.
  • Thick-sole shoes sit higher, so heel hold and collar shape matter as much as length.
  • Knit uppers stretch around the foot but not in length.

Size labels for your market

Decide which size systems appear on the tongue label, box and hang tag — many importers print EU, US and UK together. Confirm the conversion table with the factory in writing so the label matches your chart.

Ask for the size chart of any model.

Each of our 40 styles lists its EU size range. Tell us the models you are considering and we will send the size details.
